Rental Qualifications

Application Process:

* Each adult (18 years or older) must complete a separate application. 

* A non-refundable application fee is required per applicant. Required Documents: 

* Valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) 

* Proof of income (Last 3 pay stubs, bank statements, tax return, or employment offer letter) 

* Bank Statements for the last 3 months Income Requirements: 

* Combined gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Rental History: 

* Positive rental references from previous landlords. 

* No prior evictions in the past 5 years. Background & Credit Check: Credit and background screening is mandatory for all adult applicants. Pets (If Allowed): Pet policy varies by property. 

* If pets are permitted, additional pet fees or deposits may apply. 

* Breed restrictions may apply. Security Deposit & Move-In Fees: 

* A security deposit is due upon lease signing. 

* First month’s rent, Resident benefit Package and other applicable fees must be paid before move-in.
